Legal Opinion of Counsel to the Borrower. The Administrative Agent shall have received (i) an opinion, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent, of counsel to the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and (ii) the legal opinion of local counsel in jurisdictions in which the Mortgages have been filed as may be reasonably requested by the Administrative Agent.
