Common use of Legal Opinion of Counsel to the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Legal Opinion of Counsel to the Borrower. The Agent shall have received, with an executed counterpart for each Lender, an opinion addressed to the Agent and each Lender, dated the Closing Date and given upon the express instructions of the Borrower, of counsel to the Borrower, as to such matters as may be reasonably requested by the Agent and in form and substance satisfactory to the Agent.
