LEGAL PROCESS IN OTHER JURISDICTIONS. Nothing in Section 14.3 or in Section 14.5 shall affect the right of any Lender or Agent to serve legal process in any other manner permitted by law or affect the right of any Lender or the Administrative Agent to bring any action or proceeding against the Borrower or its property in the courts of other competent jurisdictions, including, without limitation, the courts sitting in the City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
