Common use of Legal Profit-Making Activities Clause in Contracts

Legal Profit-Making Activities. With the prior written consent of EHA, authorized members of the household may engage in legal profit-making activities in the Dwelling Unit where EHA determines in its sole and absolute discretion that such activities are incidental to primary use of the leased Dwelling Unit for residence by members of the household and in compliance with all law as and local ordinances.
