In connection with the negotiation, drafting and execution of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, or in connection with future legal representation relating to loan administration, amendments, modifications, waivers, or enforcement of remedies, Xxxxxxxx PC only has represented and only shall represent Scotiabank in its capacity as Agent and as a Lender. Each other Lender hereby acknowledges that Xxxxxxxx PC does not represent it in connection with any such matters.
