Legal Restrictions on Capital Withdrawals. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, no Capital Withdrawal shall be made to the extent that, after giving effect to such withdrawal, the Company would be in violation of Section 18-607(a) or Section 18-804(a) of the Act.
