Common use of Legality of Shares to be Issued Clause in Contracts

Legality of Shares to be Issued. The shares of F & M Common to be delivered pursuant to this Agreement, when so delivered, will have been duly and validly authorized and issued by F & M and will be fully paid and nonassessable, except as provided by Wis. Stats. Section 180.0622(2)(b).
