Common use of Legally insufficient Authorizations Clause in Contracts

Legally insufficient Authorizations. If a Participant has determined that an Authorization is not legally valid or has been revoked, the Participant shall not disclose PHI or PII but shall inform the Participant requesting PHI or PII that the Authorization is legally insufficient. In no case shall a Participant disclose PHI or PII if an Authorization has been revoked or is legally insufficient.
