Legend on Common Share Certificates. (1) Certificates issued for Common Shares after the Record Time but prior to the close of business on the earlier of the Separation Time and the Expiration Time shall evidence one Right for each Common Share represented thereby and, commencing as soon as reasonably practicable after the effective date of this Agreement, shall have impressed on, printed on, written on or otherwise affixed to them, a legend in substantially the following form: Until the Separation Time (defined in the Rights Agreement referred to below), this certificate also evidences rights of the holder described in a Shareholder Rights Plan Agreement, dated March 7, 2008, as amended and restated from time to time (the “Rights Agreement”), between the Corporation and Computershare Investor Services Inc., a copy of which is on file at the principal executive offices of the Corporation and is available upon written request. Under certain circumstances set out in the Rights Agreement, the rights may be redeemed, may expire, may become null and void or may be evidenced by separate certificates and no longer evidenced by this certificate.
