Common use of Legitimate Purpose Clause in Contracts

Legitimate Purpose. The Executive has read carefully all of the terms and conditions of this Article IV and agrees that the restraints set forth herein: (a) are reasonable and necessary to support the legitimate business interests and goodwill of the Company, and (b) will not preclude the Executive from earning a livelihood during the life of this Article IV.
