Common use of Legitimate Purpose Clause in Contracts

Legitimate Purpose. The Employee has read carefully all of the terms and conditions of this Section 12 and agrees that the restraints set forth herein (i) are reasonable and necessary to support the legitimate business interests and goodwill of the Employer, and (ii) will not preclude the Employee from earning a livelihood during the life of this Section 12.
