Common use of Lender Approvals Clause in Contracts

Lender Approvals. For purposes of determining compliance with the conditions precedent referred to in Sections 3.01, 3.02 and 3.03, on the date of the first Loans hereunder, each of the Lenders shall be deemed to have consented to, approved or accepted or be satisfied with each document or other matter which is the subject of such Lender's consideration under any of the provisions of such Sections, unless an officer of the Agent responsible for the transactions contemplated by the Loan Documents shall have received notice from such Lender prior to the first Loans hereunder specifying its objection thereto and such Lender shall have failed to make available to the Agent such Lender's ratable share of the first Loans.
