Lender Group Expenses. Guarantor shall immediately upon demand reimburse Agent for all sums expended by the Lender Group which constitute Lender Group Expenses and Guarantor hereby authorizes and approves all advances and payments by the Lender Group for items constituting Lender Group Expenses.
