Lender May File Proofs of Claim. In the case of any receivership, insolvency, bankruptcy, reorganization, arrangement, adjustment, composition or other proceedings affecting Borrower or the principals, general partners or managing members in Borrower, or their respective creditors or property, Lender, to the extent permitted by law, shall be entitled to file such proofs of claim and other documents as may be necessary or advisable in order to have the claims of Lender allowed in such proceedings for the entire Debt at the date of the institution of such proceedings and for any additional amount which may become due and payable by Borrower hereunder after such date.
Lender May File Proofs of Claim. In the case of any receivership, insolvency, bankruptcy, reorganization, arrangement, adjustment, composition or other proceedings affecting Mortgagor, its creditors or its property, Lender, to the extent permitted by law, shall be entitled to file such proofs of claim and other documents as may be necessary or advisable in order to have the claims of Lender allowed in such proceedings for the entire amount due and payable by Mortgagor under this Instrument at the date of the institution of such proceedings and for any additional amount which may become due and payable by Xxxxxxxxx hereunder after such date.

In case of the pendency of any receivership, insolvency, liquidation, bankruptcy, reorganization, arrangement, adjustment, composition or other judicial proceeding relative to the Company or of any other obligor on the Note or the property of the Company or of such other obligor or their creditors, Lender (irrespective of whether the principal of the Note shall then be due and payable as therein expressed or by declaration or otherwise and irrespective of whether it shall have made any demand on the Company for the payment of overdue principal or interest) shall be entitled and empowered, by intervention in such proceeding or otherwise,

In the case of any receivership, insolvency, bankruptcy, reorganization, arrangement, adjustment, composition or other proceedings affecting Borrower, its creditors or its property, Lender, to the extent permitted by law, shall be entitled to file such proofs of claim and other documents as may be necessary or advisable in order to have the claims of Lender allowed in such proceedings for the entire amount of the Indebtedness at the date of the institution of such proceedings and for any additional amount of the Indebtedness after such date.

In case of the pendency of any proceeding under any Debtor Relief Law or any other judicial proceeding relative to any Loan Party, Lender (irrespective of whether the principal of the Loan shall then be due and payable as herein expressed or by declaration or otherwise and irrespective of whether Lender shall have made any demand on any Loan Party) shall be entitled and empowered (but not obligated) by intervention in such proceeding or otherwise: (a) to file and prove a claim for the whole amount of the principal and interest owing and unpaid in respect of the Loans and all other Obligations that are owing and unpaid and to file such other documents as may be necessary or advisable in order to have the claims of the Credit Parties (including any claim for the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of the Credit Parties and their respective agents and counsel and all other amounts due the Credit Parties under Section 10.07) allowed in such judicial proceeding; and (b) to collect and receive any monies or other property payable or deliverable on any such claims and to distribute the same, and any custodian, receiver, assignee, trustee, liquidator, sequestrator or other similar official in any such judicial proceeding is hereby authorized by each other Credit Party to make such payments to Lender and, in the event that Lender shall consent to the making of such payments directly to the other Credit Parties, to pay to Lender any amount due for the reasonable compensation, expenses, disbursements and advances of Lender and its agents and counsel, and any other amounts due Lender under Section 10.07.
