Lender’s Attorney Fees and Disbursements. Borrowers agree to pay Lender’s reasonable attorneys fees and disbursements incurred in connection with this Loan, including (i) the preparation of this Agreement, any intercreditor agreements and the other Loan Documents and the preparation of the closing binders, (ii) the disbursement and administration (but not syndication or sale) of the Loan and (iii) the enforcement of the terms of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
