Common use of Lender’s Consent Clause in Contracts

Lender’s Consent. Tenant shall not, without obtaining the prior written consent of Lender, (a) enter into any agreement amending, modifying or terminating the Lease, (b) prepay any of the rents, additional rents or other sums due under the Lease for more than one (1) month in advance of the due dates thereof, (c) voluntarily surrender the premises demised under the Lease or terminate the Lease without cause or shorten the term thereof, or (d) assign the Lease or sublet the premises demised under the Lease or any part thereof other than pursuant to the provisions of the Lease; and any such amendment, modification, termination, prepayment, voluntary surrender, assignment or subletting, without Lender's prior consent, shall not be binding upon Lender.

Lender’s Consent. Tenant shall not, without obtaining the prior written consent of Lender, (a) enter into any agreement amending, modifying or terminating the Lease, (b) prepay any of the rents, additional rents or other sums due under the Lease for more than one (1) month in advance of the due dates thereof, (c) voluntarily surrender the premises demised under the Lease or terminate the Lease without cause or shorten the term thereof, or (d) assign the Lease or sublet the premises demised under the Lease or any part thereof other than pursuant to the provisions of the Lease; and any such amendment, modification, termination, prepayment, voluntary surrender, assignment or subletting, without Lender's ’s prior consent, shall not be binding upon Lender.

Lender’s Consent. Tenant None of the following shall not, be binding upon Lender without obtaining the such action being taken with Lender’s prior written consent of Lender, consent: (a) enter into any agreement amending, modifying or terminating the Lease (except for amendments to the Lease which are executed to memorialize rights granted in the Lease), (b) prepay prepayment by Tenant of any of the rents, additional rents or other sums due under the Lease for more than one (1) month in advance of the due dates thereof, (c) except as expressly permitted under the Lease, Tenant’s voluntarily surrender of the premises Premises demised under the Lease Lease, termination of the Lease, or terminate the Lease without cause or shorten shortening of the term thereof, or (d) assign assignment of the Lease or sublet sublease of the premises demised under the Lease or any part thereof other than as permitted by and pursuant to the provisions of the Lease; and any such amendment, modification, termination, prepayment, voluntary surrender, assignment or subletting, without Lender's prior consent, shall not be binding upon Lender.

Lender’s Consent. Tenant shall not, without obtaining the prior written consent of Lender, (a) enter into any agreement amending, materially amending or modifying the economic terms of the Lease or terminating the Lease (except a termination as specifically set forth in the Lease), (b) prepay any of the rents, additional rents or other sums due under the Lease for more than one (1) month in advance of the due dates thereof, (c) voluntarily surrender the premises demised under the Lease or terminate the Lease without cause or shorten the term thereof, or (d) assign the Lease or sublet the premises demised under the Lease or any part thereof other than as permitted pursuant to the provisions of the Lease; and any such amendment, modification, termination, prepayment, voluntary surrender, assignment or subletting, without Lender's prior consent, shall not be binding upon Lender.

Tenant shall not, without obtaining the prior written consent of Lenderthe Lenders (or a servicer acting on behalf of the Lenders), (a) enter into any agreement amending, modifying or terminating the Lease, (b) prepay any of the rents, additional rents or other sums due under the Lease for more than one (1) month in advance of the due dates thereof, (c) voluntarily surrender the premises demised under the Lease or terminate the Lease without cause or shorten the term thereof, or (d) assign the Lease or sublet the premises demised under the Lease or any part thereof other than pursuant to the provisions of the Lease; and any such amendment, modification, termination, prepayment, voluntary surrender, assignment or subletting, without Lender's ’s prior consent, shall not be binding upon Lender.

Tenant shall not, without obtaining the prior written consent of Lender, (a) enter into any agreement amendingagreement, modifying or terminating the Lease, except as otherwise expressly contemplated by the Lease; (b) prepay any of the rents, additional rents or other sums due under the Lease for more than one (1) month in advance of the due dates thereof, ; (c) voluntarily surrender the premises demised under the Lease or terminate the Lease without cause or shorten the term thereof, ; or (d) assign the Lease or sublet the premises demised under the Lease or any part thereof other than pursuant to the provisions of the Lease; and any such amendment, modification, termination, prepayment, voluntary or surrender, assignment or subletting, without Lender's prior consent, shall not be binding upon Lender.

Tenant shall not, without obtaining the prior written consent of Lender, (a) enter into any agreement amending, modifying or terminating the Lease, (b) prepay any of the rents, additional rents or other sums due under the Lease for more than one (1) month in advance of the due dates thereof, (c) voluntarily surrender the premises demised under the Lease or terminate the Lease without cause or shorten the term thereof, or (d) assign the Lease or sublet the premises demised under the Lease or any part thereof other than pursuant to the provisions of the Lease; and any such amendment, modification, termination, prepayment, or voluntary surrender, assignment or subletting, without Lender's ’s prior consent, shall not be binding upon Lender.

Lender’s Consent. Tenant shall not, without obtaining the prior written consent of Lender, (a) enter into any agreement materially amending, modifying or terminating the Lease except as otherwise provided in the Lease, ; (b) prepay any of the rents, additional rents or other sums due under the Lease for more than one (1) month in advance of the due dates thereof, ; (c) voluntarily surrender the premises demised under the Lease or terminate the Lease without cause or shorten the term thereof, ; or (d) assign the Lease (whether by operation of law, transfer of interest in Tenant or otherwise), sublet the premises demised under the Lease or any part thereof other than pursuant to the provisions of the Lease; and any such amendment, modification, termination, prepayment, voluntary surrender, assignment or subletting, without Lender's ’s prior consent, shall not be binding upon Lender.

Lender’s Consent. Tenant None of the following shall not, be binding upon Lender without obtaining the such action being taken with Lender’s prior written consent of Lender, consent: (a) enter into any agreement amending, modifying or terminating the Lease (except for Amendments to the Lease which are executed to memorialize rights granted in the Lease), (b) prepay prepayment by Tenant of any of the rents, additional rents or other sums due under the Lease for more than one (1) month in advance of the due dates thereof, (c) except as expressly permitted under the Lease, Tenant’s voluntarily surrender of the premises Premises demised under the Lease Lease, termination of the Lease, or terminate the Lease without cause or shorten shortening of the term thereof, or (d) assign assignment of the Lease or sublet sublease of the premises demised under the Lease or any part thereof other than as permitted by and pursuant to the provisions of the Lease; and any such amendment, modification, termination, prepayment, voluntary surrender, assignment or subletting, without Lender's prior consent, shall not be binding upon Lender.
