Lender’s Construction Consultant. The Plans and Specifications, Construction Budget, Construction Schedule and any and all other Construction documents requested by the Lender and/or its Construction consultant (the “Lender’s Inspector”), shall be subject to approval by the Lender and the Lender’s Inspector. All draw requests shall be submitted to the Lender and the Lender’s Inspector for review and approval. The Borrower shall be responsible for payment of all of the Lender’s Inspector’s fees.
