Lenders’ Cooperation Sample Clauses
Lenders’ Cooperation. The Lenders agree to cooperate among themselves and with the Agent and from time to time upon the Agent’s request, to execute and deliver such papers as may be reasonably necessary to enable the Agent, in its capacity as lead lender and servicer, to effectively administer and service the Loan and each Lender’s Senior Credit Note in the manner contemplated by this Agreement.
Lenders’ Cooperation. The Lenders agree to cooperate among themselves and with the Seasoned Warehouse Agent and from time to time upon the Seasoned Warehouse Agent's request, to execute and deliver such papers as may be reasonably necessary to enable the Seasoned Warehouse Agent, in its capacities as agent, servicer and documents custodian, to effectively administer and service the Revolving Loans and each Lender's Seasoned Warehouse Note in the manner contemplated by this Agreement.
Lenders’ Cooperation. Lenders’ Cooperation. Lender, at Borrower's sole cost and expense, shall execute and deliver to Borrower such authorizations and other documents as may reasonably be required in any such contest, so long as the same does not expose Lender to any civil or criminal liability, and, if reasonably requested by Borrower, of if Lender so desires, Lender shall join as a party therein.
