Lenders’ Obligations Several. The obligations of the Lenders under this Agreement are several and the failure of any Lender to make any Loan or any payment required to be made by it hereunder shall not relieve any other Lender of its obligations hereunder, nor shall any Lender be responsible for any other Lender’s failure to make any Loan required to be made by such other Lender.
