Common use of Lenders’ participation Clause in Contracts

Lenders’ participation. 5.4.1 If the conditions set out in this Agreement have been met and subject to Clause 6.1 (Repayment of Loans) each Lender shall make its participation in each Loan available by the Utilisation Date through its Facility Office by no later than 2:30pm.
