Common use of Lending Office Clause in Contracts

Lending Office. Each Bank shall lend through its office at the address specified in schedule 1 or, as the case may be, in any relevant Transfer Certificate or through any other office of such Bank selected from time to time by it through which such Bank wishes to lend for the purposes of this Agreement. If the office through which a Bank is lending is changed pursuant to this clause 15.8, such Bank shall notify the Agent promptly of such change and the Agent shall notify the Borrowers, the Security Agent, the Account Bank, the Swap Provider and the other Banks.

Lending Office. Each Bank shall lend through its office at the address specified in schedule 1 or, as the case may be, in any relevant Transfer Certificate or through any other office of such Bank selected from time to time by it through which such Bank wishes to lend for the purposes of this Agreement. If the office through which a Bank is lending is changed pursuant to this clause 15.8, such Bank shall notify the Agent promptly of such change and the Agent shall notify the Borrowers, the Security Agent, the Account Bank, the Swap Provider Bank and the other Banks.
