Lending Office. The Bank shall lend through its office at the address specified in the definition of “Bank” in clause 1.2 or through any other office of the Bank selected from time to time by it through which the Bank wishes to lend for the purposes of this Agreement. If the office through which the Bank is lending is changed pursuant to this clause 14.6, the Bank shall notify the Borrower promptly of such change.
