Common use of Lessee Damages Clause in Contracts

Lessee Damages. Lessee shall not allow any damage to be committed on any portion of the leased premises or building, and at the termination of this Lease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Lessee shall deliver the leased premises to Lessor in as good condition as existed at the commencement date of this Lease, ordinary wear and tear excepted. The cost and expense of any repairs necessary to restore the condition of the leased premises shall be borne by Lessee.

Lessee Damages. Lessee shall not allow any damage waste to be committed on any portion of the leased premises or building, and at the termination of this Lease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Lessee shall deliver the leased premises to Lessor in as good condition as existed at the commencement date of this Lease, ordinary wear and tear excepted. The reasonable cost and expense of any repairs necessary to restore the condition of the leased premises (ordinary wear and tear excepted) shall be borne by Lessee.

Lessee Damages. Lessee shall not allow any damage waste to be committed by Lessee or Lessee’s agents or employees, on any portion of the leased premises or buildingBuilding, and at the termination of this Lease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Lessee shall deliver the leased premises to Lessor in as good condition as existed at the commencement date of this Lease, ordinary wear and tear and casualty and condemnation excepted. The cost and expense of any repairs necessary to restore the condition of the leased premises as specified in the immediately preceding sentence shall be borne by Lessee.

Lessee shall not allow any damage to be committed on any portion of the leased premises or buildingBuilding, and at the termination of this Lease, by lapse of time or otherwise, Lessee Xxxxxx shall deliver the leased premises to Lessor in as good condition as existed at the commencement date of this Lease, ordinary wear and tear and damage by fire, casualty or condemnation excepted. The cost and expense of any repairs necessary to restore the condition of the leased premises shall be borne by LesseeXxxxxx.
