Common use of Lessee Directions Clause in Contracts

Lessee Directions. The Lessor and the Lender hereby agree that, so long as no Lease Default or Lease Event of Default exists, the Lessee shall have the exclusive right to exercise any right of the Lessor as borrower under the Loan Agreement upon not less than three (3) Business Days’ prior written notice from the Lessee to the Lessor, unless the Lessor objects to such exercise within two (2) Business Days of receipt of such notice.

Lessee Directions. The Lessor and the Lender Lenders hereby agree that, so long as no Lease Default or Lease Event of Default exists, the Lessee shall have the exclusive right to exercise any right of the Lessor as borrower under the Loan Agreement upon not less than three two (32) Business Days’ ' prior written notice from the Lessee to the Lessor, unless the Lessor objects to such exercise within two (2) Business Days of receipt of such notice.

Lessee Directions. The Lessor and each of the Lender Lenders ----------------- hereby agree that, so long as no Lease Default or Lease Event of Default exists, the Lessee shall have the exclusive right to exercise any right of the Lessor as borrower under the Loan applicable Participation Agreement upon not less than three ten (310) Business Days’ ' prior written notice from the Lessee to the Lessor, unless the Lessor objects to such exercise within two five (25) Business Days of receipt of such notice.

The Lessor Lessor, the Agent, the Financing ----------------- Lenders, the Equity Lenders, and the Lender Lessee hereby agree that, so long as no Lease Default or Lease Event of Default exists, the Lessee shall have the exclusive right to exercise any right of the Lessor as borrower under the Loan Agreement upon not less than three two (32) Business Days’ ' prior written notice from the Lessee to the Lessor, unless the Lessor objects to such exercise within two (2) Business Days of receipt of such notice.
