LESSEE INITIALS. Any provision of this Master Agreement or any Schedule prohibited by or unlawful or unenforceable under any applicable law of any jurisdiction shall be ineffective as to such jurisdiction without invalidating the remaining provisions of this Master Agreement and such Schedule.
