Common use of LESSEE Inspection of Aircraft at Delivery Clause in Contracts

LESSEE Inspection of Aircraft at Delivery. LESSEE will have the ground inspection and acceptance flight rights set forth in Exhibit B. LESSEE acknowledges that, as between LESSEE and LESSOR, in accepting the Aircraft LESSEE is relying on its own inspection and knowledge of the Aircraft in determining whether the Aircraft meets the requirements of this Lease.

LESSEE will have the right to conduct a full ground inspection, inspection of the Aircraft Documentation and an acceptance flight not to exceed two hours (at LESSOR's cost) with respect to the Aircraft prior to accepting the Aircraft, comparable to those rights set forth in Exhibit B. Article 23 hereof. LESSEE acknowledges that, as between LESSEE it and LESSOR, in accepting the Aircraft LESSEE it is relying on its own inspection and knowledge of the Aircraft in determining whether the Aircraft it meets the requirements of this Lease.
