LESSEE MAY TERMINATE LEASE AT ANY TIME. The Lessee may terminate this Lease at any time and for any reason, provided the Lessee gives the Lessor at least 90 days notice, in writing of the intention to terminate. Lessee may not terminate so long as there is an outstanding Permitted Mortgage or other mortgage approved by Lessor against the Leasehold.
