Common use of Lessee Officer’s Certificate Clause in Contracts

Lessee Officer’s Certificate. Lessee shall have delivered to Lessor an Officer’s Certificate, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lessor, signed by one of Lessee’s Authorized Officers and certifying as to the accuracy in all material respects of the representations and warranties in Section 8.1 of the Facility Lease as of the Decommissioning Completion Date.
