Common use of Lessee to Occupy Clause in Contracts

Lessee to Occupy. Lessee shall not abandon the Leased Premises at any time during the Lease term, nor permit the Leased Premises to remain unoccupied for a period longer than thirty (30) consecutive days during the Lease term, and if Lessee shall abandon, vacate or surrender the Leased Premises, or be dispossessed by process of law, or otherwise, any personal property belonging to Lessee and remaining on the Leased Promises after such thirty (30) day period shall, at the option of Lessor, be deemed abandoned.
