Lessee to Pay. Subject to the provisions of Section 4.1.2 and Article 15, the Lessee will pay or cause to be paid all Impositions before any fine, penalty, interest or cost may be added for non-payment, such payments to be made directly to the taxing authority where feasible, and the Lessee will promptly furnish the Lessor copies of official receipts or other satisfactory proof evidencing payment not later than the last day on which the same may be paid without penalty or interest. Subject to the provisions of Article 15 and Section 4.1.2, the Lessee's obligation to pay such Impositions shall be deemed absolutely fixed upon the date such Impositions become a lien upon the Leased Property or any part thereof.
