Common use of Lessee’s Acts or Omissions Clause in Contracts

Lessee’s Acts or Omissions. If Strad’s performance of its obligations under the Rental Contract is prevented or delayed by any act or omission of Lessee or its agents, subcontractors, consultants or employees, Strad shall not be deemed in breach of its obligations under the Rental Contract or otherwise liable for any costs, charges or losses sustained or incurred by Lessee, in each case, to the extent arising directly or indirectly from such prevention or delay.
