Common use of Lessee’s Agreement to be Bound Clause in Contracts

Lessee’s Agreement to be Bound. In consideration of Boeing’s acknowledgment of this notice, Lessee, its successors and permitted assigns, hereby agree to be bound by and comply with all applicable terms, conditions, and limitations of the Purchase Agreement including, without limitation, the exclusion of liability, disclaimer, and insurance provisions of the AGTA as incorporated into the Purchase Agreement.
