Common use of Lessee’s Agreement to be Bound Clause in Contracts

Lessee’s Agreement to be Bound. In consideration of Boeing’s acknowledgment of this notice, Lessee, its successors and permitted assigns, hereby agree to be bound by and comply with all applicable terms, conditions, and limitations of the Purchase Agreement including, without limitation, the exclusion of liability, disclaimer, and insurance provisions of the AGTA as incorporated into the Purchase Agreement.

Lessee’s Agreement to be Bound. In consideration of Boeing’s acknowledgment of this notice, Lessee, its successors and permitted assigns, hereby agree to be bound by and comply with all applicable terms, conditions, and limitations of the Purchase Agreement including, HAZ-PA-03658-LA-1104684R2 SA-5 without limitation, the exclusion of liability, disclaimer, and insurance provisions of the AGTA as incorporated into the Purchase Agreement.

Lessee’s Agreement to be Bound. In consideration of Boeing’s acknowledgment of consent to this noticePartial Assignment, Lessee, its successors and permitted assigns, hereby agree to be bound by and comply with all applicable terms, conditions, and limitations of the Purchase Agreement including, HAZ-PA-03658-LA-1104684R4 SA-7 without limitation, the exclusion of liability, disclaimer, and insurance provisions of the AGTA as incorporated into the Purchase Agreement.

In consideration of Boeing’s acknowledgment of this notice, Lessee, its successors and permitted assigns, hereby agree to be bound by and comply with all applicable Leasing Matters for 787 Aircraft HAZ-PA-3290-LA-1106265 terms, conditions, and limitations of the Purchase Agreement including, without limitation, the exclusion of liability, disclaimer, and insurance provisions of the AGTA as incorporated into in the Purchase Agreement.
