Lessee Acceptance. Lessee shall return to Lessor the signed and dated Acceptance Notice attached to each Schedule hereto (a) acknowledging the Equipment has been received, installed and is ready for use and (b) accepting it as satisfactory in all respects for the purposes of this Lease. Lessor is authorized to fill in the Rent Start Date on each Schedule in accordance with the foregoing.
Lessee Acceptance. Lessee hereby accepts the authorizations set forth in paragraphs 4 and 5 herein. We request that Boeing, upon receipt of this letter, acknowledge receipt thereof and confirm the transfer of rights under the Purchase Agreement as set forth above, by signing the acknowledgment set forth below and forwarding one copy of this letter, so acknowledged, to each of the undersigned.
Lessee Acceptance. With respect to each Container that is subject to a Lease on the Closing Date or Funding Date, as the case may be, the related Lessee has, to the best of Borrower’s knowledge, received and taken possession of such Container;

All terms used but not defined in this Letter Agreement shall have the same meaning as in the Purchase Agreement.
Lessee Acceptance. With respect to each Sold Container that is subject to a Lease on the Funding Date, the related Lessee has received and taken possession of the Sold Container in satisfactory condition and in proper working order as of the Funding Date and has had a reasonable opportunity to inspect the Sold Container leased to it and has not notified Seller of any defects therein.
Lessee Acceptance. By execution of an acceptance notice, Lessee acknowledges receipt of the Equipment in good condition and further acknowledges acceptance thereof as satisfactory for purposes of this Lease or related documents. The first day of the month following the date Lessee accepts the Equipment shall be the Rent Commencement Date.
