LESSEE'S COVENANTSLESSEE'S COVENANTS. 8.1. DurationDuration -------- The undertakings in this Clause 8 and in Clause 12 will: a. except as otherwise stated, be performed at the expense of the Lessee; and b. remain in force until redelivery of the Aircraft to the Lessor in accordance with this Agreement and thereafter to the extent of any accrued rights of the Lessor in relation to those undertakings.
