Common use of Lessee's Failure to Insure Clause in Contracts

Lessee's Failure to Insure. In the event Lessee fails to provide Lessor with evidence of insurance required under this Article 6, Lessor may, but shall not be obligated to, without further demand upon Lessee, and without waiving or releasing Lessee from any obligation contained in this Lease, effect such insurance and Lessee agrees to repay, upon demand, all such sums incurred by Lessor in effecting such insurance. All such sums shall become a part of the Additional Rent payable hereunder, but no such payment by Lessor shall relieve Lessee from any default under this Lease.
