Lessee's Failure to Insure. Should Lessee fail to keep in effect and pay for such insurance as it is in this section required to maintain, Lessor may do so, in which event the insurance premiums paid by Lessor shall become due and payable forthwith and failure of Lessee to pay same on demand shall constitute a breach of this lease.
