Common use of Lessee's Obligation to Manage Clause in Contracts

Lessee's Obligation to Manage. At all times during the term hereof, Lessee shall be responsible for the management and operation of the Leased Property, and in no event shall Lessor have any obligation with respect to the management or operation of the Leased Property.

Lessee's Obligation to Manage. At all times during the term Term hereof, Lessee shall be responsible for the management and operation of the Leased PropertyProperty through its agent, Manager, and in no event shall Lessor have any obligation with respect to the management or operation of the Leased Property.

Lessee's management and operation of the Leased Property shall be in accordance with the terms of this Lease including Attachment I hereto.
