Common use of LESSEE'S PROPERTY INSURANCE Clause in Contracts

LESSEE'S PROPERTY INSURANCE. Subject to the requirements of Paragraph 8.5, Lessee at its cost shall either by separate policy or, at Lessor's option, by endorsement to a policy already carried, maintain insurance coverage on all of Lessee's personal property, Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations in, on, or about the Premises similar in coverage to that carried by the Insuring Party under Paragraph 8.3. Such insurance shall be full replacement cost coverage with a deductible of not to exceed $1,000 per occurrence. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property or the restoration of Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Lessee shall be the Insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

LESSEE'S PROPERTY INSURANCE. Such insurance shall be full replacement cost coverage with a deductible of not to exceed $1,000 per occurrence. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property or and the restoration of Lessee Trade Fixtures and Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Upon request from Lessor, Lessee shall be the Insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property and Trade Fixtures or the restoration of Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Lessee shall be the Insuring insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

LESSEE'S PROPERTY INSURANCE. Subject to the requirements of Paragraph 8.58.3, Lessee at its cost shall either by separate policy or, at Lessoror Lessee's option, by endorsement to a policy already carried, maintain insurance coverage on all of Lessee's personal property, Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations and Tenant Improvements in, on, or about the Premises similar in coverage to that carried by the Insuring Party under Paragraph 8.3. Such insurance shall be full replacement cost coverage with a deductible of not to exceed $1,000 per occurrence. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property or the restoration of Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Lessee shall be the Insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

LESSEE'S PROPERTY INSURANCE. Upon request from Lessor, Lessee shall be the Insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

LESSEE'S PROPERTY INSURANCE. Lessee shall be the Insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide proved Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

LESSEE'S PROPERTY INSURANCE. Subject to the requirements of Paragraph 8.5, Lessee at its cost shall either by separate policy or, at Lessor's option, . by endorsement to a policy already carried, maintain insurance Insurance coverage on all of Lessee's personal property, Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations inIn, on, or about the Premises similar in In coverage to that carried by the Insuring Party under Paragraph 8.3. Such insurance Insurance shall be full replacement cost coverage with a deductible of not to exceed $1,000 per occurrence. The proceeds from any such insurance Insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property or the restoration of Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Lessee shall be the Insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is Insurance Is in force.

LESSEE'S PROPERTY INSURANCE. Subject to the requirements of Paragraph 8.57.5, Lessee at its is cost shall either by separate policy or, at Lessor's option, by endorsement to a policy already carried, maintain insurance coverage on all of Lessee's personal property, Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations in, on, or about the Premises similar in coverage to that carried by the Insuring Party under Paragraph 8.37.3. Such insurance shall be full replacement cost coverage with a deductible of not to exceed $1,000 per occurrence. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property or the restoration of Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Lessee shall be the Insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 7.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

LESSEE'S PROPERTY INSURANCE. Subject to the requirements of Paragraph 8.5, Lessee at its cost shall either by separate policy or, at Lessor's option, by endorsement to a policy already carried, maintain main insurance coverage on all of Lessee's personal property, Lessee Trade Fixtures and Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations in, on, or about the Premises similar in coverage to that carried by Lessor as the Insuring Party under Paragraph 8.38.3(a). Such insurance shall be full replacement cost coverage with a deductible of not to exceed $1,000 per occurrencecoverage. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property or and the restoration of Lessee Trade Fixtures and Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Upon request from Lessor, Lessee shall be the Insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

LESSEE'S PROPERTY INSURANCE. Subject to the requirements of Paragraph 8.5, Lessee at its cost shall either by separate policy or, at Lessor's option, by endorsement to a policy already carried, maintain insurance coverage on all of Lessee's personal property, . Lessee shall be the Insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

LESSEE'S PROPERTY INSURANCE. Lessee shall be the Insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

LESSEE'S PROPERTY INSURANCE. Lessee shall be the Insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.and

LESSEE'S PROPERTY INSURANCE. Subject to the requirements of Paragraph 8.5, Lessee at its cost shall either by separate policy or, at Lessor's option, by endorsement to a policy already carried, maintain insurance coverage on all of Lessee's personal property, Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations in, on, or about the Premises similar in coverage to that carried by the Insuring Party under Paragraph 8.3. Such insurance Insurance shall be full replacement cost coverage with a deductible of not to exceed $1,000 50,000 per occurrence. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property or the restoration of Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Lessee shall be the Insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

LESSEE'S PROPERTY INSURANCE. Subject to the requirements of Paragraph 8.5815, Lessee at its cost shall either by separate policy or, at Lessor's option, option by endorsement to a policy already carried, maintain insurance coverage on all of Lessee's " personal property, Lessee Trade Fixtures and Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations in, on, or about the Premises similar in coverage to that carried by Lessor as the Insuring insuring Party under Paragraph 8.38.3(a). Such insurance shall be full replacement cost coverage with a deductible of not to exceed $1,000 per occurrence. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property or and the restoration of Lessee Trade Fixtures and Lessee-Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Upon request from Lessor, Lessee shall be the Insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

LESSEE'S PROPERTY INSURANCE. Subject to the requirements of Paragraph 8.5, . Lessee at its cost shall either by separate policy or, at Lessor's option, by endorsement to a policy already carried, maintain insurance coverage on all of Lessee's personal property, Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations in, on, or about the Premises similar in coverage to that carried by the Insuring Party under Paragraph 8.3. Such insurance shall be full replacement cost coverage with a deductible of not to exceed $1,000 per occurrence. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property or the restoration of Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations... if this Lease is not terminated pursuant to Section 9. Lessee shall be the Insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

Such insurance shall be full for replacement cost coverage with a deductible of not to exceed $1,000 per occurrence. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property or the restoration of Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Lessee shall be the Insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

Lessee shall be the Insuring insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

LESSEE'S PROPERTY INSURANCE. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property or the restoration of Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Lessee shall be the Insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

LESSEE'S PROPERTY INSURANCE. Subject to the requirements of Paragraph 8.5, Lessee at its is cost shall either by separate policy orpolicy, at Lessor's option, by or endorsement to a policy already carried, maintain insurance coverage on all of Lessee's personal property, Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations in, on, or about the Premises similar in coverage to that carried by the Insuring Party under Paragraph 8.3. Such insurance shall be at least eighty percent (80%) of the full replacement cost coverage with a deductible of not to exceed $1,000 per occurrencecoverage. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property or the restoration of Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations except in the event of a termination of this Lease and in such case Lessee shall retain the insurance proceeds and shall not replace such personal property or restore the Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Lessee shall be the Insuring Party with respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.

LESSEE'S PROPERTY INSURANCE. Subject to the requirements of Paragraph 8.5, Lessee at its cost shall either by separate policy or, at Lessor's option, by endorsement to a policy already carried, maintain insurance coverage on all of Lessee's personal property, . Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations in, on, or about the Premises similar in coverage to that carried by the Insuring Party under Paragraph 8.3. Such insurance shall be full replacement cost coverage with a deductible of not to exceed $1,000 per occurrence. The proceeds from any such insurance shall be used by Lessee for the replacement of personal property or the restoration of Lessee Owned Alterations and Utility Installations. Lessee shall be the Insuring Party with 9 respect to the insurance required by this Paragraph 8.4 and shall provide Lessor with written evidence that such insurance is in force.
