Common use of Lessee’s Representative Clause in Contracts

Lessee has designated Xxxxx Xxxxx as its sole representative with respect to the matters set forth in this Lessee Work Letter, who, until further notice to Lessor, shall have full authority and responsibility to act on behalf of the Lessee as required in this Lessee Work Letter.
