List of Lease Expiration Dates. Upon written request therefor by Lessee, Lessor shall deliver to Lessee a list of then current expiration dates (not taking into account any extension or expansion rights that may or may not be exercised by the tenants of the Project) of the current leases of space in the portion of the Project then owned by Lessor, which list shall also describe the size and location of the space in question. Nothing herein shall be deemed to create an obligation of Lessor to lease such space to Lessee or enter into negotiations for the lease of such space to Lessee or keep Lessee informed of the status of any space for lease in the Project. The parties acknowledge and agree that nothing in this Section 17.29 shall be deemed to create any sort of an option, right of first refusal, right of first offer, right of first negotiation or any other type of option or right of Lessee to lease space the Project or any portion thereof. The obligation of Lessor hereunder is limited solely to delivering to Lessee a list of the expiration dates of existing leases of space in the Project. Section 17.30 [Intentionally omitted.]

  • Lease Expiration Date The last day of the month in which the sixty-sixth (66th) month anniversary of the Lease Commencement Date occurs. 7.4

With respect to any Letter of Credit which contains any "evergreen" or automatic renewal provision, each Lender shall be deemed to have consented to any such extension or renewal unless any such Lender shall have provided to the Agent, written notice that it declines to consent to any such extension or renewal at least thirty days prior to the date on which the Letter of Credit Issuer is entitled to decline to extend or renew the Letter of Credit. If all of the requirements of this Section 2.3 are met and no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, no Lender shall decline to consent to any such extension or renewal.

  • Month-to-Month Lease The Tenant shall be allowed to occupy the Premises on a month-to-month arrangement starting on , 20 and ending upon notice of days from either Party to the other Party (“Lease Term”).
