Common use of LESSEE'S RIGHT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT Clause in Contracts

LESSEE'S RIGHT OF QUIET ENJOYMENT. Each party to this Agreement acknowledges notice of, and consents in all respects to, the terms of the Lease, and expressly, severally and as to its own actions only, agrees that, so long as no Lease Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, it shall not take or cause to be taken any action contrary to the Lessee's rights under the Lease, including, without limitation, the right to possession, use and quiet enjoyment by the Lessee of the Equipment, or by any Sublessee of the Equipment or by any Pledged Equipment Lessee of the Pledged Equipment.
