Lessee’s Submission of Certificates/Statements. Lessee shall be obligated to furnish Lessor with all certificates and statements required under this Article XXV by (i) delivery of printed copies of the same to Lessor at its address set forth in Article XXXIII below or any other address that Lessor may from time to time designate in writing and (ii) electronic delivery of the same to Lessor in Microsoft® Office Excel format to the extent available in such format (or such other format as Lessor may from time to time reasonably require) at any electronic mail address that Lessor may from time to time designate in writing.

Any replacement Certificate issued pursuant to this Section 3.05 shall constitute complete and indefeasible evidence of ownership in the applicable Trust Fund, as if originally issued, whether or not the lost, stolen or destroyed Certificate shall be found at any time.

If such a list is as of a date more than 90 days prior to the date of receipt of such applicants' request, the Trustee shall promptly request from the Certificate Registrar a current list as provided above, and shall afford such applicants access to such list promptly upon receipt. Every Certificateholder, by receiving and holding such list, agrees with the Certificate Registrar and the Trustee that neither the Certificate Registrar nor the Trustee shall be held accountable by reason of the disclosure of any such information as to the names and addresses of the Certificateholders hereunder, regardless of the source from which such information was derived.
