Lessee’s Suite Identification. Lessor shall provide Lessee within 30 days of possession identification of Lessee and Lessee Suite number on the building directory and Lessee entry to its Premises. Lessor shall have the right, within the first one hundred eighty (180) days of the Lease, to reassign a new suite number or numbers to the Premises in order to create and maintain a more orderly and consistent suite numbering system.

  • Name of Building Tenant shall not use the name of the Building for any purpose other than as the address of the business conducted by Tenant in the Premises without the written consent of Landlord. Landlord reserves the right to change the name of the Building at any time in its sole discretion by written notice to Tenant and Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for any loss, cost or expense on account of any such change of name.
