Common use of Lessor Inspection Clause in Contracts

Lessor Inspection. Lessee shall identify to Lessor a candidate replacement engine or auxiliary power unit (as applicable) and Lessor may inspect such candidate replacement engine or auxiliary power unit, which shall include, at Lessor’s option, (i) a full borescope inspection of the compressor, turbine and combustion sections of the replacement engine or auxiliary power unit and (ii) a records inspection, and the results of each such inspection must be satisfactory to Lessor.

Lessor Inspection. Lessee shall identify to Lessor a candidate replacement engine or auxiliary power unit (as applicable) meeting the requirement of this Section 20.4 and Lessor may may, at Lessee’s expense, inspect such candidate replacement engine or auxiliary power unit, which shall include, at Lessor’s 's option, (i) a full borescope inspection of the compressor, turbine and combustion sections of the replacement engine or auxiliary power unit and (ii) a records inspection, and the results of each such inspection must be satisfactory to Lessor.
