Common use of Lessor Officer's Certificate Clause in Contracts

Lessor Officer's Certificate. Lessor shall have delivered to Lessee an Officer's Certificate, in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lessee, signed by one of Lessor's Authorized Officers and certifying as to the accuracy in all material respects of the representations and warranties in Sections 8.1 and 8.2 of the Facility Lease as of the Decommissioning Completion Date.
