Lessor Payments. Provided that no Default or Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, Lessor shall make the contribution payments in respect of the maintenance, overhaul and modification of the Aircraft provided in Annex A. Except as expressly provided in Annex A, no Lessor Party shall have any obligation whatsoever in respect of any repair, maintenance, overhaul or modification of the Aircraft.
