Common use of LESSOR PERFORMANCE OF LESSEE OBLIGATION Clause in Contracts

LESSOR PERFORMANCE OF LESSEE OBLIGATION. If LESSEE fails to make any payment due under this Lease to a third party in connection with the Aircraft or fails to perform any other obligation required under this Lease, LESSOR may (but is not required to) at its election and without waiver of its rights perform such obligation and/or pay such amount.

LESSOR PERFORMANCE OF LESSEE OBLIGATION. If LESSEE fails to make any payment due under this Lease to a third party in connection with the Aircraft or fails to perform any other obligation required under this Lease, LESSOR may (but is not required to) at its election election, after the expiry of any applicable cure or similar period and without waiver of its rights perform such obligation and/or pay such amountamount unless the same is being reasonably contested in good faith by LESSEE in accordance with applicable Law so long as such contest poses no likelihood of seizure or impairment of, or the imposition of a Security Interest on, the Aircraft or any other property of LESSOR.
