Lessor’s Account; Receipt of Payment. All payments by Lessee under this Agreement shall be made to such bank and/or account as Lessor may from time to time notify Lessee no less than five Business Days prior to the due date of any such payment. All payments must be received at such account for value on the due date therefor. If any due date is not a Business Day, payment is due on the preceding Business Day.
