Lessor’s Covenant of Quiet Enjoyment. The Lessor agrees that, so long as no Event of Default shall have occurred and be continuing, neither the Lessor nor anyone validly claiming through or under the Lessor will take (or fail to take) any action, the taking (or failure to take) of which causes interference with the Lessee's peaceful and quiet use, operation and possession of the Aircraft under this Lease.
