Common use of Lessor's Default Clause in Contracts

Lessor's Default. LESSOR shall in no event be in default in the performance of any of LESSOR'S obligations hereunder unless and until LESSOR shall have failed to perform such obligations within thirty (30) days, or such additional time as is reasonably required to correct any such default, after written notice by LESSEE to LESSOR specifying wherein LESSOR has failed to perform any such obligation.

Lessor's Default. LESSOR 37.1 Lessor shall in no event be in default in the performance of any of LESSOR'S its obligations hereunder unless and until LESSOR Lessor shall have failed to perform such obligations within thirty (30) LANDLORD INITIALS ----- TENANT INITIALS ----- days, or such additional time as is reasonably required to correct any such default, after written notice by LESSEE Lessee to LESSOR Lessor properly specifying wherein LESSOR Lessor has failed to perform any such obligation.

LESSOR Lessor shall in no event be in default in the performance of any of LESSOR'S Lessor’s obligations hereunder unless and until LESSOR Lessor shall have failed to perform such obligations within thirty sixty (3060) days, or such additional time as is reasonably reasonablly required to correct any such default, after written notice by LESSEE Lessee to LESSOR Lessor properly specifying wherein LESSOR Lessor has failed to perform any such obligation.

LESSOR Lessor shall in no event be in default in the performance of any of LESSOR'S Lessor’s obligations hereunder unless and until LESSOR Lessor shall have failed to perform such obligations within thirty sixty (3060) days, or such additional time as is reasonably reasonable required to correct any such default, after written notice by LESSEE Lessee to LESSOR Lessor properly specifying wherein LESSOR Lessor has failed to perform any such obligation.

Lessor's Default. LESSOR Lessor shall in no event not be in default in the performance of any of LESSOR'S obligations hereunder unless and until LESSOR shall have failed Lessor fails to perform such the obligations herein required of Lessor, within thirty (30) days, or such additional time as is reasonably required to correct any such default, days after written notice by LESSEE Lessee to LESSOR Lessor in writing, specifying wherein LESSOR Lessor has failed to perform any such obligationobligations; provided, however, that if the nature of Lessor’s obligations is such that more than thirty (30) days are required for performance then Lessor shall not be in default if Lessor commences performance within such thirty (30) day period and thereafter diligently prosecutes the same to completion.
